Worley – Whitehead

Announcement is made of the engagement and forthcoming marriage of Kristina Marie Worley and Matthew Ryan Whitehead.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Ms. Keita Newman, Bristol, and the late Kyle Worley Jr. She is the granddaughter of Thurman and Norma Lester, Bristol, and the late Kyle Worley Sr. and Hazel Worley.

Kristina is a 2004 graduate of Virginia High School, Bristol, Va., and a graduate of Northeast State Community College with a degree in Early Childhood Development. She is employed by Office Max, Bristol, Va.

Her fiancé is the son of Ray and Sarah Whitehead, Elizabethton. He is the grandson of the late Bob Nidiffer, the late Barbara Carlson, and Roy and Susan Whitehead, Elizabethton.

Matthew is a 1999 graduate of Unaka High School and a 2004 graduate of Northeast State Community College. He is employed by Saratoga Technologies.

The couple will be married in a private ceremony on Saturday, May 4, 2013, at Biltmore on Boone Clubhouse, Johnson City.
