Carter County EMA announces winter weather advisory

The Carter County Emergency Management Agency released a statement Thursday afternoon advising that residents be prepared for winter weather starting tonight at 10 p.m. and ending Friday morning at 10 a.m.

Snow accumulations are projected to be between one and four inches, though EMA predicts it will be dry.
