Erica Michelle Hensley and Jared William Tetrick were united in marriage during a private, candlelight ceremony at First Presbyterian Church in Johnson City on Saturday, March 9, 2013, at 5 p.m. The Rev. Louis Imsande performed the double-ring exchange of vows.
The bride is the daughter of Russell and Pat Hensley, Elizabethton. She is the granddaughter of Mary Miller, Elizabethton, and the late Don Miller, and the late Bill and Atlas Hensley.
The groom is the son of Bill and Julie Tetrick, Elizabethton. He is the grandson of the late Don and Frances Tetrick and the late Jones and Kate Williams.
Music for the ceremony was provided by Jim Kelly, pianist, Jon Shell, bagpiper, and Leanna Evans, vocalist.
Given in marriage by her parents, the bride was attired in a formal, full-length gown of ivory pearl chiffon embellished with beaded and embroidered Venice lace, with a Grecian design one-shoulder strap of braided chiffon. A corseted back-closure descended into a softly swept train with Venice lace, scattered with delicate beading.
She carried a bouquet of ivory roses and white hydrangeas.
Ashley Tetrick-Mijeski, attending as matron of honor, wore a floor-length strapless dress of emerald green chiffon.
Bridesmaids were Veronica Stout, Andi Owen, Ashlee Lawson, Brooke Hatcher, Ronda Greaves and Lacie Hyder. Each was attired in a floor-length strapless dress of emerald green chiffon.
Flower girl was Gracie Stout.
Bill Tetrick served the groom as best man.
Groomsmen were Tyler McCann, Kyle Batch, Blaine Owen, Jessee White, Jordan Peters and Derek Cline.
Ushers were Tyler Tetrick, Bob Greaves and Keith Mijeski.
Following the ceremony a reception was held at the Johnson City Country Club.
After a honeymoon in Jamaica, the couple are residing in Johnson City.
