T.A. Dugger’s season-finale football game with Vance Junior High was a slobber-knocker from start to finish. The Jr. Cyclones played to the tune of Gloria Gaynor’s “I will survive” and outlasted the Vikings 24-20 before a good size crowd inside of Brown-Childress Stadium.

TAD ends the year 6-4 overall and 2-0 in the Big Seven tournament, It was also its second win over Vance.

“We’ve had to work hard and move people around over the past few weeks because of losing our quarterback,” said head coach Johnny Burleson about his Cyclones. “These kids haven’t complained and are willing to do whatever it takes to win.”
