Soccer: Lady Cyclones avenge loss to Sullivan South

By

A perfect header lit the fire. From there, Elizabethton’s girls slowly torched Sullivan South.

Scoring four goals over a 15-minute stretch in the second half, the Lady Cyclones made their first mark in conference play with a come-from-behind 4-2 victory over the visiting Lady Rebels at Brown-Childress Stadium.

Sarah Robinson tallied two goals, including a header off of a perfect Hannah Adams corner kick 50 minutes into play. Adams and Kianna Watson also added individual scores as the Orange & Black gained a measure of revenge from a 3-2 loss at South earlier this season.
