Smiths celebrate 58th anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. J. Ray Smith, 119 Rosewood Circle, Elizabethton, will celebrate their 58th wedding anniversary Monday, Jan. 14, 2013.

They were married Jan. 14, 1955, in Greenville, S.C., by Guy A. Gullock.
Mrs. Smith is the former Geraldine McKinney.

The couple are the parents of a daughter, the late Dianne Smith Moore, and a son-in-law, Carl W. Moore.

They have one granddaughter, Ashley Anderson, and grandson-in-law, Kelly Anderson, and one great-grandchild, Hayden Anderson.

Geraldine is the daughter of the late George and Katie McKinney.

Ray is the son of the late Dan and Bessie Smith.
