JONESBOROUGH — Unaka is riding the momentum of back-to-back third-place finishes in the Hardee’s Classic, yet the Rangers couldn’t have landed a tougher opponent for the 24th annual basketball tournament.

Sullivan East, the four-time Hardee’s champion, awaits on Nov. 25 at 5:30 p.m. at David Crockett.

“ I got a great draw,” Unaka coach Aaron Dugger chuckled at Tuesday morning’s press conference. “We’ve had a little bit of success over here, so it’s always a good measuring stick for where we’re at and how far we’ve got to go.”
