Steven Joey Hardin, 34, of Elizabethton, passed away Wednesday, February 13, 2013, at his residence.
He was born in Washington County, but lived in Elizabethton.
Steven was a 1998 graduate of Elizabethton High School and a graduate of Northeast State Community College.
He was formerly employed in telemarketing and was of the Christian faith.
Survivors include his son, Gavin Steven Hardin, of Abingdon, Va.; his father, Steven Hardin and friend Shelia, of Elizabethton; his mother and step-father, Rosella and Danny Pritchard, of Elizabethton; a sister, Brandy Hardin, of Elizabethton; his maternal grandmother, Gertie Grindstaff, of Elizabethton; the mother of his son, Sarah Booher; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Steven will be cremated in accordance with his wishes.
Memorial Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
