Miller Homestead sets Autumn Harvest celebration

Autumn Harvest will be celebrated Saturday, Oct. 13, at the historic Miller Farmstead in Roan Mountain State Park.

In addition to the beautiful fall foliage in the state park, local artisans will demonstrate traditional crafts and display and sell their wares.

Food will be available for purchase, such as homemade ice cream, beans and cornbread, and caramel apples.

There is no admission charge for the event, which will begin at 12 noon and continue through 4 p.m.
