Local boys done in state wrestling

All five local boys’ wrestlers were eliminated in the state tournament on Thursday at Williamson County Agricultural Expo Center in Franklin.
Elizabethton’s Logan Buck, the Region 1 champion at 160 pounds, registered the lone victory in the round of 32. The senior pinned Westview junior Micah Langford in 4:34.
In the round of 16, Buck (35-6) lost by decision to Clarksville junior Alan D’Alessandro. He was eliminated in the consolation bracket on a 6-5 decision to Hixson senior Aaron Alemany.
