Lady Highlanders rally past North Greene

BAILEYTON — Cloudland’s Lady Highlanders rode their best team effort of the season to a key 49-45 win at North Greene on Friday night in the Lady Highlanders’ district opener.
Three of the six Lady Highlanders that scored hit for double figures. Cloudland dominated the boards and posted a strong defensive effort that allowed the Lady Highlanders to come from nine back at the start of the fourth quarter to take the win.
“This was the best team performance all year, I feel like, as far as our kids playing all the way around,” said Cloudland coach Matt Birchfield.
