Lady Buffs too much for Bryan

Behind the shooting of Kayla Kelly, Jaimee Hill and Johneshia Good, Milligan’s women climbed to the top of the Appalachian Athletic Conference ladder with a 61-54 win over Bryan College Tuesday night.
The trio each scored 14 to lead another league win for the Lady Buffs (12-5, 5-0), who took sole possession of first place in the women’s basketball standings with Union’s loss to Virginia Intermont.
“I felt like we rebounded pretty well all night,” said Milligan coach Rich Aubrey. “Between Saturday’s game and tonight, it was two of our better rebounding games of the year. We were somewhat uneven on offense. That’s something we have to keep working through.
