Jr. Cyclones knock off Hunter

At the season’s midway point, T.A. Dugger coach Marshall Hardy is hoping his team improves on many of the little things before the final conference stretch resumes. Monday night was a big step toward that goal.

Behind a complete offensive effort and tenacious defense, the Junior Cyclones advanced to the boys varsity semifinals in the Elizabethton Star Winter Classic at East Tennessee Sports Complex with a 54-25 win over Hunter.

Eleven difference T.A. Dugger players scored as the squad built a 26-9 halftime lead and held on through the final two quarters of play.
