T.A.. Dugger suffered a tough 39-25 loss on Saturday afternoon to Greenville. The loss came in the quarterfinals of the Middle 8 basketball tournament at Large Gym, ending the Jr. Cyclones’ season.

“Anytime you end your season with a loss it is going to be tough,” T.A. Dugger head coach Marshall Hardy said. “But I told my guys that we were really proud of them and that they accomplished a lot.”

T.A. Dugger pulled within 8 points in the final quarter by scoring five straight points. Howver, Greenville would go on a 6-0 run to close out the game and capture the victory.
“It’s a game of runs and you can’t let that other team get a run and not respond to it,” Hardy said.
