9:08 am | October 4, 2013

The Johnson County High School Players will present “The Curious Savage” this weekend. Performances will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday-Saturday, Oct. 4-5, and 3 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 6.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for students. Ethel P. Savage, heir to her late husband’s fortune of $10 million, is anxious to utilize the money wisely. However, her greedy step-grandchildren have their own uses in mind, so they commit her to a sanatorium where she makes some unique friends. The hospital provides a great setting for an entertaining turn of events leading the audience to wonder at the end who the crazy ones really are.  You won’t want to miss this delightfully engaging and inspirational comedy.

Heritage Hall is a nonprofit organization whose mission it is to bring quality performing arts events for affordable pricing to Johnson County and the surrounding area and to provide a nice facility for local schools and organizations to perform. Tickets may be purchased by phone with a credit or debit card and retrieved the night of the performance at the door.
