GREENEVILLE — Cloudland’s head coach, players, fans all agreed. Call it big, call it huge, call it anything. Monday’s boys result was much needed.

The Highlanders stepped on the hardwood Monday and put a halt to a five-game losing skid with a pivotal, dominating 79-61 conference effort on the road at South Greene.

“It’s a big win for us,” said Cloudland coach Gary Harrison. “We’ve been knocking on the door. We really felt like four of our last five losses, we were one or two possessions away. South Greene’s a good team — well-coached — and it means a lot to come in here on the road and get a win.”
