The weary warriors of Van Huss-White Gym knew how to wrap up a busy day of basketball in style.
After opening up the day with a game against Class AAA powerhouse Science Hill Hampton (1-1) quickly erased a 35-34 halftime deficit to nab a 75-52 victory over Sullivan North (1-1) in Hall of Champions action.

It was a tale of two halves for the Bulldogs. Hampton held a slim 19-18 advantage at the end of the first quarter with Hunter Pierce drilling a buzzer-beating 3-pointer.

Sullivan North keyed in on a 9-0 run in the final three minutes of the second quarter — with buckets from Grayson Ball and Nick Bellamy — to snag a halftime lead.
