SNEEDVILLE — Downtown Sneedville witnessed a hit parade on Wednesday with a team of Bulldogs doing the honors. Hampton amassed 37 hits in their 16-1 and 12-0 wins over Hancock County.
Coach Matt Hardin’s squad banged out 25 in the first contest. The Dogs showed no fatigue after an action packed week.
“This is our seventh game in six days,” said Hardin. “It was good to watch us come out and hit the ball the way we did.”
It wasn’t a good day for the home standing Indians.
