Fall Harvest Festival opens today at Sulphur Springs U-M


Sulphur Springs United Methodist Church will celebrate its 26th Annual Harvest Festival today and Saturday, Sept. 28-29.

A flea market in the campshed will kick off the festival today. The flea market contains clothing, household items, some furniture items, glassware, children’s items and other items too numerous to mention.

Saturday morning the festival will begin the day with a country breakfast from 7 to 9 a.m., followed by barbecue pork/chicken meals from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Booths will open at 7:30 a.m. and remain open until the food is gone. Other items for sale will include homemade baked goods, jellies, jams, apple butter, fall flowers, crafts and produce.

Festival proceeds will be used for missions of the church.
