A new online campaign by the Tennessee Municipal League could bring the city of Elizabethton new outdoor fitness equipment and nutritional products through the Walk Tennessee program.

In the program, cities compete through an online social media platform to rank the most activities or miles completed to win an outdoor fitness station and nutritional products. Individuals can join the city’s team to log their own miles and activity to count toward their city’s total.

The city of Elizabethton is currently third in the state for the competition behind Nolensville and Manchester.
