Deputy Nick Andes reported that he was on routine patrol on Saturday about 3:35 p.m. and observed a vehicle he had never seen before at 2715 Highway 91. He learned the vehicle was owned by an individual associated with Joshua Donald Russell, who was wanted on warrants charging him with failure to appear and an attachment out of juvenile court.

The officer said he arrived at the residence with Deputy Steven Parker and attempted to speak to someone at the front door, which he said was open when he arrived. Parker went to the back door as Andes was at the front door.
