Cyclones turn away Unicoi

KINGSPORT — It wasn’t the runaway of their first meeting, but the final result was all that mattered for Elizabethton.
The Cyclones used a big fourth quarter from Aaron Miller, Zeke Clark and Tyler Nichols to break a 45-45 deadlock and deliver a 66-61 win over conference rival Unicoi County in the New People’s Bank Holiday Classic at Sullivan North.
The win gave Elizabethton a berth in the fifth-place game on Saturday.
