Homecoming will be celebrated at Evergreen Freewill Baptist Church in Roan Mountain on Sunday, Aug. 26.
Special speaker during the 10 a.m. morning service will be Jeremiah Dehaney from Jamaica.
Special singing will be provided by The Dugger Family.
Blue Springs Christian
Homecoming will be celebrated on Sunday, Aug. 19, at Blue Springs Christian Church in Elizabethton.
In addition, the church will dedicate its new fellowship hall. C.D. “Bud” Gentry will be the guest speaker for the morning service at 10:50 a.m.
The dedication of the fellowship hall will take place at about 2 p.m. The community is invited to come and join this festive day.
Revival service meetings will begin on Monday, Aug. 20, and continue through Wednesday, Aug. 22. Services will be held at 7 p.m. each day with Gentry serving as the evangelist.
Everyone is encouraged to come and worship.

Good Shepherd Baptist
The Crystal River Boys will sing for Homecoming Sunday, Aug. 19, at the Good Shepherd Baptist Church, Erwin.
The service will begin at 10 a.m.
The Rev. Eddie Young, a retired Air Force lieutenant colonel and military chaplain, will speak during the 11 a.m. service at Keenburg Free Will Baptist Church on Sunday, Aug. 19.
The gospel singing group, Called Out, will present a special song service, beginning at 6 p.m.

John’s River will be in concert at the Elk Park Christian Church on Sunday, Aug. 19, at 6 p.m. Prior to the concert there will be a cookout at 5 p.m., which will include hotdogs and hamburgers and all the trimmings.

The theme of the revival is “Wake Up, Rise Up, and Light Up.” The evangelist will be Ernie Depew, minister. Special music will be presented each service.

First Church of the Nazarene
