Surviving players from the inaugural 1941 Highlander football team through the 1962 Cloudland team, as well as former homecoming queens from those years are being asked to participate in the school’s annual homecoming parade this Friday. They will also be recognized during this week’s game against Cosby.

Those interested in participating in the parade are asked to meet at Roan Mountain Medical Clinic between 4 and 4:30 p.m.

All participants are asked to bring an index card or piece of paper with their name, position and years they played at Cloudland or were honored via the homecoming activities.
