Holding non-conference foe Alice Lloyd (Ky.) to 36 percent shooting from the field, the Buffs used a strong defensive night to outlast the Eagles 74-63 Monday at Steve Lacy Fieldhouse.

Four Buffaloes scored in double-figures to pace the team’s offensive attack as the team completed its fifth game in eight days.
