All proceeds from the poker run will help provide a happy holiday for these children of soldiers.

The run will depart from National Guard Armory, Armed Forces Reserve Center, 249 Don May Road, Gray, at 1 p.m. Registration will be conducted from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Lunch will be served from noon to 1 p.m.

The ride’s route will pass the veterans’ memorials in Bristol, Elizabethton and Johnson City, returning to the Armed Forces Reserve Center. First-, second- and third-place winners will receive a $10 per hand prize. There will also be a prize given for the worst hand.
