Mr. and Mrs. Richard Tester celebrated 46th anniversary

Richard and Betty Radford Tester, Hampton, celebrated their 46th wedding anniversary in Blowing Rock, N.C., over the weekend.

They were married Nov. 4, 1966 by the late Rev. Clyde C. Billingsley Sr. at Betty’s parents’ home in Hampton.

The couple have two daughters, Amy Lowe, Johnson City, and Amanda Blair, Cummins, Ga.

They have two grandsons, Lucas and Garrett Lowe, Johnson City.
