911 director will speak to NARFE

The National Active and Retired Federal Employees will meet at Golden Corral, 3411 Browns Mill Road, Johnson City, at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 4.

The guest speaker for the meeting will be Bob McNeill, director of the Washington County 911 Service.
