Johnson City Woman’s Club gets new meeting place

2:50 pm | September 9, 2013

After an enjoyable and restful summer break, the Johnson City Woman’s Club will soon resume its regular monthly meetings to plan the community activities and services to which its members are dedicated.
The next meeting will take place Friday, Sept. 13, at a new location in the fellowship hall at Wesley Methodist Church, 225 Princeton Road, Johnson City. Meetings have formerly been held at the Johnson City Public Library.
Coffee starts at 10:45 a.m., and the business meeting follows at 11 a.m. At noon, following the meeting, a catered luncheon will be available at the cost of $12 per person.
The Johnson City Woman’s Club offers a unique opportunity to serve the community, as well as to make new friends and enjoy social activities. As members look forward to another productive year, they would like to invite all women to join them in making a difference in Johnson City.
