First Free Will
The Rev. Robert Harris, Pastor of Harriett Memorial Free Will Baptist Church in Forest City, N.C., will be the evangelist for a revival beginning Sunday at First Free Will Baptist Church of Elizabethton.
Services on Sunday will be at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m., and at 7 p.m. Monday through Wednesday.
Special music will be featured at each service.
The Rev. Nathan Jennings is pastor.
First Free Will is located at 706 First St.
College Park FWB
Revival will begin April 28 at College Park Free Will Baptist Church with the service Sunday beginning at 6 p.m., and all other nights at 7 p.m.
Evangelists will be Nathan Saylor and Austin Woods.
The Rev. Matthew Guy is pastor.
The church is located on Williams Street in the Milligan community. If coming from Elizabethton, take the first left after passing Milligan Free Will Baptist Church. Turn on to Miller Avenue and then go to Williams Street.
East Side Christian
Spring revival will begin April 28 at East Side Christian Church and continue through May 2.
Services Sunday, April 28, will be held at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday services will begin at 7 p.m.
The evangelist will be Mark Smith.
East Side Christian is located at 1400 Siam Road.
The minister is Randle Johnson.
East Side FWB
Singer Archie Watkins will present a concert of music Sunday, April 21, at the 6 p.m. worship service at East Side Free Will Baptist Church.
Watkins began singing with The Inspirations when he was only 15 years old, giving up school sports in order to sing full time. During his tenure with The Inspirations, he helped them place more songs on Singing News Radio Airplay Charts than any singing group. Watkins has had the feature vocal on more charting songs than any singer ever, including several Songs of the Year and others that peaked atop the radio charts.
In 1999, Watkins was the recipient of the Coveted Singing News Marvin Norcross Award, the most prestigious award in all of gospel music.
In October 2007 he was inducted into the Southern Gospel Music Hall of Fame.
East Side Freewill Baptist is located at 704 Siam Road.
Keystone Free Will Baptist Church, 110 Bettie St., Johnson City, will have special singing Sunday, April 21, at the 10 a.m. worship hour. Featured will be the Edwards Family from Burnsville, N.C.

First United Methodist
“Held in God’s Hands” will be the theme of the sermon at the Sunday morning worship service, April 21, at First United Methodist Church. The sermon text is John 10: 22-30.
The service will begin at 10 a.m. followed by a brief fellowship time.
Sunday School will begin at 11:20 a.m.
The Men’s Prayer Group will meet Sunday at 9 a.m. in Room 108.
The Sunday evening Bible study will be held at 6 p.m. in the fellowship hall. Also, UMY will meet Sunday from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in the youth house.
The Abiding Love Bible Study group will meet at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the fellowship classroom.
G2s will meet Tuesday from 3:15 to 4:30 p.m. in the youth house and the Coolagers will meet Wednesday from 3:15 to 4:45 p.m.
The Wednesday evening service will be held at 7 p.m. in the church sanctuary.

Sidney Hall from Kingston, Jamaica, will deliver a special message Sunday, April 21, at the 7 p.m. worship service at Word Prevails Church & Ministries, 408 Cherokee Park Drive, Elizabethton.

Watkins will present a concert of gospel music, including some old favorites of the Inspirations.

Hampton First Baptist
Hampton First Baptist Church will have revival services on Bible Prophecy with Evangelist Sherrel Nave on Sunday at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m.
Services will continue Monday through Wednesday at 7 p.m. daily.
The Rev. Nave will be preaching a series of sermons on Bible prophecy, the rapture of the church, the tribulation period, the book of Revelation and the return of Jesus Christ.
Special singing will be presented each service. Brown’s Chapel Choir will sing Sunday evening; Shelecia Grindstaff and Lisa James will sing Monday; the Carr Family, Tuesday; and the Grace Baptist Church Youth Praise Band will play Wednesday, which will be Youth Night.
